Jeremy was born prematurely at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, IA. He was an identical twin to Justin Mark Schilling. He suffered a number of birth defects and was taken to the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. The birth defects combined with his small weight of 3 lbs 3 1/2 oz. caused his death. His body was donated to the university for study of Monozygotic Twin Discordant. His remains were cremated and buried in the childrens section of this cemetery. His brother survived.
