He graduated from Strong Vincent High School. He worked for the Erie Center for the Blind and Visually Handicapped. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Joan Frew and Patricia Abramczyk, both of Erie; a niece; two nephews; four great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
Burial in Calvary.
