Scott M. Giles, 55, Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, died February 9 in ManorCare Health Services, Muhlenberg Township, where he resided since January.
He was the husband of Nancy (Newpher) Giles. Born in Reading, he was employed as a custodian at Twin Valley High School, last working in September 2007. He was a Marine Corps vet. He was a graduate of Twin Valley High School and a member of the PSEA Support Services Organization.
Giles enjoyed NASCAR racing and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a fan of both Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr. He was a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Surviving along with his wife is a son, Jeremy C. Giles, husband of Jennifer (Maier) Giles, Burial was in Bowmansville Union Cemetery.
