Died at the Veterans' Hospital in Excelsior Springs. Veteran of the Spanish American War claimed to be the man who posed for the famous poster "Uncle Sam Wants You". He was a member of the Robley D. Evan Camp No. 33, United States West Virginia, Department of Wisconsin.
