Ruby Lorene Birmingham Horn
Ruby Lorene Birmingham Horn, 90, passed away Nov. 23, 2010, at Mayberry Garden Assisted Living in Garland. She was born Oct. 1, 1920, in Buckner, Ark., to John and Georgia Ann Birmingham. She was preceded in death by all of her nine siblings; her husband, Bill Horn Sr.; and grandson, Michael Edward Horn. Prior to moving to Garland, Ruby resided at Hideaway. She was a member of the Mount Sylvan Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Bill Horn Jr. and his wife Donna of Garland; granddaughter, Christi Lynn Horn Freeman and her husband Jay Freeman and great-granddaughter, Parker Elizabeth Freeman, all of Saginaw. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Elizabeth Anne Horn of Austin.

Ruby was a very caring, compassionate, Christian lady who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at Tyler Memorial Cemetery under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
