Austin Manley Crain, 18, of 3943 N. Highway 101, died September 6, 2007, from injuries received in an auto accident.
A native of Greenville County, he was a son of Thomas Barton Crain of Greer, and Kimberly June Crain of Taylors, a 2007 Graduate of Blue Ridge High School and a student at Greenville Tech.
Surviving in addition to his parents is a brother, Seth T. Crain; and a sister, Tori B. Crain of the home.
Paternal grandparents, Hugh D. Crain of Greer and Frances Bryant Crain of Greer; paternal great-grandmother, Elsie Bryant of Landrum; maternal grandparents, Johnnie E. and Shirley J. Freeman of Greenville; maternal great-grandfather, Willie M. Britt of Taylors; aunts and uncles, Sonja and David Lipscomb and Eric and Maria Freeman, and Truman and Rachel Crain; and cousins, Mya Freeman and Amanda Crain.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Scott Lewellen, Mr. Robin Carlisle and the Rev. Paul S. Hawkins.
Pallbearers will be Sam Davis, Eric Freeman, Jacob Elliott, David Green, David Rowe and Tommy Burns Jr.
Honorary escort will be former and present members of Blue Ridge High School Football Team and Coaches.
