Rock, Betty Lou Our beloved mothers soul left her mortal being to join our Lord on Nov. 24 2010 Born in Leadwood Mo. Jan. 31 1930 she was a loving wife, mother, ,grand and great grandmother. Preceeding her in death include, Parents Ben and Nellie Bodimer, aunt Ellen (ma), Son, John W Rock (Billy) and grandson Ryan. Betty is survived by her husband of 61 yrs John W Rock (Bill) and sister Erma Braswell. Children include; Dr. Michael Rock, Kim Overstreet, Mary Ellen Patterson and Brian Rock. Grandchildren include; Byrne Rock, Kate Marici, Sterling Overstreet, Michelle Bueno, John W Rock(JR) Angela Henderson, Kristin Aguilar and Kayla Stiles Greatgrandchildren include; James, Jacob, Braxton, Breelynn, Gracie Noel, Parker and Mercer. Anyone who had the fortune to be touched by Betty's life is a person truly blessed! Visitation and rosery will be Friday Nov. 26 6pm to 8pm at Restland 13005 Greenville Ave Dallas Tx. 75243 (the Abby) Mass and funeral will be Saturday Nov. 27 11am at St. Pius X 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd. Dallas Tx. 75228 Burial to follow at Restland.
