Chuck was born in Iowa and later moved to Washington to begin his family. He spent many years in the Foundry Industry and worked as an apartment manager for 21 years, volunteered at the local food bank including delivering food to seniors.
On any occasion you could find Chuck BBQ'ing for family and friends at their home on the Skagit. Chuck had a passion for the outdoors, hunting with his boys and fishing with his grandkids. His love for his family was second to none.
Chuck was preceded in death by a son and sister, survived by his wife, Ariss, two sisters, two brothers, eight children, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
