Clarence J. Vulhop, 59, of Woodlawn, died Monday at St. Luke Hospital East. He was a retail clerk for Kroger's, Bellevue, and was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local #1099. He was also a member of Bishop Mulloy Council #1301 Knights of Columbus, the Holy Name Society of St. Francis DeSales and the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine Eilers Vulhop, daughter Cathy Vulhop, Patti Vulhop, and Rose Vulhop, all of Woodlawn; a son, Joseph B. Vulhop of Cincinnati; a sister, Catherine Gullett of Woodlawn; a brother, Edward Vulhop, of Ironton, Ohio; and a grandson.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Francis DeSales Church, Newport, with prayers at 7 p.m. Thursday at Muehlenkamp Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas
