The body of Yandel Fisher, 33, of near Pocataligo, who died Monday in a Charleston hospital, will be buried in Emma cemetery, Putnam county, following rites at 10 AM today in The Cunningham Funeral Chapel.
Fisher, a glass packer at The Libbey-Owens-Ford glass company, died from injuries received when an automobile struck a horse he was riding. Rev AE Atkinson, assisted by Rev. Hobson D. Fisher, will officiate.
Additional rites are to be held at Emma Chapel. The body is at the home and will be brought to the mortuary an hour before the services.
Surviving Are His wife, Mrs. Osalee Fisher; A daughter, Loretta Fay; his mother, Myrtle Fisher; seven brothers, Dewey of Buffalo, Putnam, Ophie of Pocataligo, Phalford of Sissonville road, Albra and Oval of Charleston, Oral of Kanawha two-Mile and John of Belle, and a sister, Mrs. Fay Burford of Charleston.
