Born Aug. 20, 1956, in Van Wert, Ohio, she was the daughter of Carols and Norma Jean (Worthington) Turner. She was a legal assistant with Snow & Sauerteig for four years.
Surviving are a daughter, Demietra (Brian) Young of Fort Wayne; three brothers, William Turner of Fort Wayne, Mark Turner of Fayetteville, N.C., Dewey Turner of Indianapolis; companion, Kenneth Fowlkes of Fort Wayne; one grandson.
Service is 2 pm Tuesday at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St., with visitation from noon until time of service. The Rev. Lloyd Harland is officiating. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
