Born Nov. 19, 1887, Vernal, to John and Charlotte Jeneva Fluitt Winn. Married Donna Mecham July 2, 1908, Vernal, later solemnized Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died July 2, 1927. Married Ezetta Carter Stanley June 20, 1945, Twin Falls, Idaho. She died Aug. 16, 1971. Farmer most of his life. Member LDS Church. High Priest, Columbus Ward.
