James Henry Brewer, 92, of Coffeeville, Miss. passed away in the Mississippi State vetern Home, Oxford, Miss., Lafayette County on Friday, June 23, 2006.
Mr. Brewer was a retired self-employed barber. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. He served his country in the United States Army during World War 11.
Funeral services for Mr. brewer will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2006, in the chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Pilgrams rest Cemetery near Coffeeville, Miss. Yalobusha County.
Mr. Brewer is survived by one sister, Grace Brewer Bagley of Coffeeville, Miss.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Moyle Murphree Brewer (January 28, 2004); one brother, Robert Wisdon Brewer; and his parents, henry harrison Brewer and Mary Ellen McCammon Brewer.
