RILEY, STEVE, 57, of Argo, AL passed away January 8, 2008. He retired from Trussville Police Department as lead patrolman in 2001. He was a member of Argo Christian Fellowship. Steve was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. Survivors include Steve's wife, Brenda Riley; two sons, Stevie (Jackie) Riley and Scottie Newsome; two daughters, Christie (Thomas) Spitzley and Heather (Daryl) Shaver; 11 grandchildren; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Roy Norton. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. The Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home's chapel with Troy Collins and Jerry Manhner officiating.
