LAKEVILLE - Fern M. Minarik , 82, of 68250 Lilac Road, died at 12:50 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend. She was born Nov. 11, 1912, in Blue Island, Ill.

On Feb. 2, 1943, in Paw Paw, as Fern M. Anders, she married John Minarik . He died Feb. 27, 1976. Surviving are five daughters, Sue Gundlach of Plymouth, Linda Gerencser of South Bend, Joan Bemish of Bremen, Harriet Pinckert of Walkerton and Darlene Nanna of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; a son, Ross of Lakeville; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandson; a sister, Eleanor Anders of Chico, Calif.; and two brothers, Ross Anders of Edwardsburg and Allen Anders of Dowagiac.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
