Sandra Marie Dodson, 46, of Bay City and formerly of Shelby, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2009 in Bay City. She was born Nov. 21, 1962 in Shelby to Nan (Kemstra) Dodson and lived in the area until graduating from Shelby High School in 1981.
She graduated from Ferris State University with an associates degree in cosmetology and small business management. Sandy spent most of her adult life in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti and Saginaw/Bay City areas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. A memorial service will be in Shelby in the spring.
