Mrs. Eliza J. Balser died Monday about 10:15 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Morris Brookbank of Sharpsville, of kidney trouble and other complications incident to old age. Mrs. Balser, whose maiden name was Beeson, was the daughter of James and Sarah Beeson of Tipton county and was born in Tipton county January 7th, 1834 and was 84 years old, her last birthday. She was united in marriage to George Balser about 65 years ago. Her husband died 36 years ago the 22nd day of March.
She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Morris Brookbank, of Sharpsville, Mrs. Joseph Brookbank of Tipton, and one son, William O. Balser, of Windfall. One sister, Mrs. Ward Hobbs of Aroma also survives.
