Katie, Ruh, aged 67, and wife of Adam Rutz, died Tuesday at her home in Endicott following three strokes and interment in Endicott.
Born at Shandelee, in the Town of Callicoon. She married in New York City to Adam Rutz, native of the Town of Fremont.
After living in the city for some years they removed to Rockland and 12 years ago went to Endicott, where Mr Rutz followed his trade of carpenter.
Leaves husband, a son, Elmer of Endicott; also a sister, Mrs John J Breiner of Shandelee, and a brother, Charles Ruh of Brooklyn.
The funeral was attended by Mrs Edward Homer of Youngsville and Mr & Mrs William P Krantz of Jeffersonville, cousins of Mrs Rutz.
