J. J. Lewis, officiating; survived by five sons, one daughter; Jack and Frank Berry of Lufkin; Lum Berry of Beaumont; Dick Berry, Panama Canal Zone; Charlie Berry, thought to be in Canada; Mrs. Annie Bass of Houston; four brothers, W. P. and Joe Berry of Lufkin; S. N. and Jim Berry of Platt comunity in the vicinity of the Berry Cemetery.
