Gladys M. Williams

HANOVER – Gladys M. Williams, 78, of Hanover, died at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday at Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of Francis E. Williams, who died August 6, 1978.
The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Kenworthy Funeral Home Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Williams was born November 15, 1920, in Hanover. She was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Naomi (Kemper) Amspacher.
She retired from O. J. Myers Furniture Store in Hanover, after 20 years of service. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hanover and Hanover Elks Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Williams is survived by a son, Ronald E. Williams of Manchester, Md.; a daughter, Patricia K. Trone of Hanover; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Amspacher Jr. of Hanover; and nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Dr. Douglas E. Johnson.
