The death of Mrs. J. R. Davidson in her home at 352 Park St., Milton, was a shock to many of her friends who did not know she had been ill since Tuesday.
Bessie, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Hudson, was born July 15, 1885, in the town of Milton. On June 24, 1908, she married J. R. Davidson in Milton which has been their home. She was a member of the Congregational church and of Io Rebekah lodge. Survivors are her husband; son, Wayne F. Davidson; daughter, Mrs. Chester Skelly; a grandchild, Robert Davidson; two brothers, Herbert and Ralph Hudson; four nieces and two nephews. Two infant daughters preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held in the Congregational church, Milton, at 2 p.m. Sunday, Rev. R. W. Newell officiating. Burial was in Milton cemetery, pallbearers being LaVern Marquart, Elwyn Johnson, Otto Plantikow, Ernest Shellestad, H. C. Risdon and Wm. Lipke.
