Pvt Walter V. Drury, son of Mrs. Lula E. Drury, 424 George Street and the late Albert V. Drury, died very suddenly of pneumonia in the base hospital at Camp Ellis, Illinois, on May 27, two weeks after his induction.

Surviving are his mother, his wife, Mrs. Gladys Drury; sisters, Mrs. Catherine Rife, Mrs. Pauline Worthington, Mrs. Violet Pryor, Mrs. Thelma Broward, Miss Pauline, at home and Mrs. Helen Fornell of Culver City, Calif.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock from Suter Funeral Home with the Rev. G. Rider, D.D., officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
