She was born June 16, 1919, in Logan County, to William Pink and Metisha Isabelle Farr Patton.
A lifetime resident of Scott City, Mrs. Browning was a homemaker.
On March 21, 1938, she married Roy Glenn Browning in Scott City. He died July 12, 1982, in Garden City. She also was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include a son, Don Browning of Scott City; a daughter, Jo Ann Norman of Scott City; a brother, Arthur Patton of Grand Rapid, Minn.; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral was at Church Of The Nazarene, Scott City. Burial was at Scott County Cemetery, Scott City.
