Mrs. Sarah Catherine Adams, age 72, Pennville, died today at the home of a foster son, Wayne Moore, Anderson rural route 7. She was brought to the Moore home Sunday after an illness of more than three years. She formerly lived at Ovid and in the Whetstone community, and was a member of the Whetstone Brotherhood and Sisterhoood. The body was taken to the Valorous C. Rector funeral home, Markleville, and will be returned to Mr. Moore's residence Tuesday Morning. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Whetstone Christian church with the Rev. J. Wesley Stewart in charge. Burial will be in Ovid Lutheran cemetery. Survivors include her husband, John, Pennville, and one brother, Isaac Flory, Terre Haute.
