Anastasia M. Geanacou, 66, a Woonsocket native who was an executive secretary for the World Bank for 20 years until illness, died Sunday at George Washington University Hospital.

Her mother, Dagmar (Karlsen) Geanacou, lives in North Providence. The late Nicholas E. Geanacou was her father.

Miss Geanacou leaves her mother and two brothers, Nicholas P. Geanacou of Cranston and John Walter Geanacou of San Diego, Calif.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Holt Funeral Home, 510 S.Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield.
