"Cayuga - Lena, infant daughter of William Brown and wife, died at her home on South Main Street of lung trouble. Little Lena was sick but a short time and death was momentarily expected. Lena was a bright little babe of 13 months and was the light of the home. Although her stay on this earth was short it had entwined itself around the hearts of that family as nothing else could. Little Lena Brown was born September 23, 1896 and died October 12, 1897. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Reeder.
