Mr. Robert Earl Bazhaw, age 59 Jasper, Ga., died Saturday, June 7, 2008, at his residence following a period of declining health.
Born Nov, 8, 1948 in Dothan, Al., Mr. Bazhaw was a former resident of Albany, Ga. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Bazhaw.
Mr. Bazhaw worked as a pest control technician with Sims Pest Control in Albany. He was a tribal member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation in Shawnee, Ok. with the Indian name of Ndamen, meaning "He Shall Feed His People." Mr. Bazhaw was a member of the Putney United Methodist Church in Albany.
Survivors include his wife, daughter, son; his parents, sister. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
