Mrs. Frances McCoy Heissinger 66, of Lenoir, N.C., formerly of Rochester, died at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday 16 at Catawba Memorial Hospital in Hickory, N.C. She was born Aug. 11, 1921 in Springfield, the daughter of Charles McCoy and Emma Rosier McCoy.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph W. Sr.; one daughter, Deborah H. Wagner; two sons, Ralph W. Jr., and Dennis E.; three grandchildren and one brother, Charles W. McCoy Jr.
Wilson Park Funeral Home, Rochester, is in charge of arrangements.
