He was brought to the home by his sister Lottie E. PEPIN. The E standing for Ellen.
He was the son of John PEPIN and Cassa/Cassie CUTTER.
The PEPIN family were one of the first families to settle West Troy and Green Island.
Shortly after turning age 16 he was apprenticed to a Farmer in Saratoga to learn a trade and released.
John was a veteran of World War I in the 328th United States Army Ambulance Corp; Of The 307th Division/82nd Division as a PFC.
