Sarah L. Sutherland, 67, of Walnut Springs, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Walnut Springs Baptist Church with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Lawson Memorial Chapel in Walnut Springs.
Sarah was born in Walnut Springs, Texas, to the late William Herbert Collins and May Beth Conger Collins, and there, she was raised and educated. On March 28, 1964, she was united in marrige to Jarrell R. Sutherland in Walnut Springs. Sarah was an X-Ray Technician for a hospital in Stephenville for many years. She was a member of the Walnut Springs Bapist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jarrell, of Walnut Springs; daughter, Nikki Reagan, of Granbury; son, Aaron B. Sutherland, of Walnut Springs; grandchildren,
Courtney Kennedy, of Granbury, and Aaron Sutherland, Jr., Matthew Sutherland, and Michael Sutherland, all of Blum; sister, Patricia Wurbs and her husband, Frank, of Clifton; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
