William Glen Roher of Wells Tannery, Fulton County, died at 2:30 p.m.
Friday, March 2, 1956 at the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. He suffered
a heart attack in an Everett restaurant and was rushed to the hospital
where he died within a few hours. The deceased was born at Six Mile Run,
Bedford County, on June 15, 1931, the son of James R. and Mollie (McKnight)
Roher. He was of the Protestant faith and was a Korean War veteran. During
his lifetime he was a laborer in construction work and a gas station
attendant at a Turnpike filling station. Surviving, in addition to his
mother, are two brothers, James Roher of Windham, Ohio, and Charles Roher
of Harrisburg; and two sisters, Mrs. Esther Mae Mellott of Wells Tannery
and Dolores Roher at home. Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at
the Bethel Church of God in Wells Township, Fulton County. The pastor, the
Rev. Herbert Boyles of Saltillo, officiated. Interment was at the adjoining
church cemetery under the direction of the House funeral service,
