Griffith produced her first scenario, "The New York Hat," which starred Lionel Barrymore and Mary Pickford. Wrote screenplays for the movies "San Francisco," "Red Headed Woman" and "I Married an Angel." Wrote two autobiographies, "A Girl Like I" and "Kiss Hollywood Goodbye." She married Frank Pallma, Jr. in 1915 and John Emerson in 1919.
