Kirby R. Willis, 88, of Deets Ave., died at 9:30 A.M. Monday (May 7, 1979)at his home. He was born Dec 4, 1890, at Tyner, son of the late Elmer E. and Minnie Booth Willis. Mr Willis was retired from the Cambridge Machine and Supply Co. and Moore's Hardware Store.

He leaves a son, Charles R. Willis of Cambridge, Mrs. Velma Hopkins of Cambridge and Mrs. Michael (Verna) Volak of New Concord; 19 gradchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Firends may call at Thorn Funeral Home from 7 to 9 today. Services will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Arthur Williams officiating. Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery.
