Judy was born Jan. 31, 1948, to John and Velda (Miller) Tolliver in Flora, Ill. She was the third of five children.
She attended school in Sioux Falls, S.D., graduating from Washington Senior High with the class of 1966.
On March 18, 1967, she married her high school sweetheart, Mark Little, in Sioux Falls.
This union was blessed with two daughters, Paula and Angela.
Judy enjoyed being a stay at home wife and mother. She enjoyed cooking and baking and often had family and friends over to the "basement diner."
She loved her family and friends dearly and cherished the time she spent with them. She was also an avid reader. She was pleased to own a convertible Thunderbird and enjoyed going for a drive.
She was a giving woman and volunteered her time to many community organizations along with helping family and friends in any way she was able.
She was an active member of Northwoods Assembly of God Church in Perham. Her church family was a very important part of her life. She was devoted to bible study and spent time reading her bible.
Judy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Mark Little of Vergas; her two daughters, Paula (Darin) Foster of Fergus Falls, and their daughter, Alyssa Ann; and Angela (Andy) Friend of Urbana, Iowa, and their children, A.J. and Courtney Ann; four siblings, Sandy Jackson of Portage, Ind., Shirley (Al) Alby of Sioux Falls, S.D., Jay (Betsy) Tolliver of Lincoln, Neb., and Rick (Mary) Tolliver of McCook, Neb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother-in-law, Bill Jackson.
Visitation: Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the service at the church
Service: 2 p.m. Sunday, at Northwoods Assembly of God Church, Perham
