She was born May 11, 1930, in Flemington, W.Va.
Mrs. Cotton enjoyed crocheting, cooking and reading.
Survivors include her daughters Linda Greenwood of Belpre, Pamela Cotton of Norfolk, Va., and Cynthia Minnich of Elyria; sons Raymond Jr. and Jeffrey Cotton, both of Elyria; brothers F. David Yokum of Youngstown and George Yokum of Huttonsville, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cotton Sr., in 1977; son, John Cotton; sister, Lynna Gallaher; brother, James Yokum; and her parents, Harry and Letha (nee Elza) Yokum.
Friends may call Friday, 4 to 8 p.m., at Reidy-Scanlan-Chambers Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, where services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Carl Prokop of Abbe Road Baptist Church in Elyria, will officiate.
