Mrs. Gussye Allen, 94 of 1561 N. Water St. died 8:12 am Tuesday at Decatur Memorial hospital.
Services will be at 3 pm Thursday in the Dawson & Wikoff funeral home where friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was born in Danville, a daughter of William E. and Sarah A. Vin Zant. She was a resident of Decatur for 35 years and was a member of First christian church.
She married George L. Allen in Mt. Vernon,Sept 20, 1921. He died in 1925.
