Thomas Francis Russell born September 23 1876 in Brookline Mass. Died October 29 1964 in Boston Mass. Son of Thomas F Russell and Mary Mallon Russell who immigrated from Ireland. Grampy used to wear cardigan sweaters and sit in his recliner watching the Red Sox. He was a plumber by trade but moved into the theater as stage manager in Boston for some of the biggest hit plays. I remember him as soft spoken, quick witted and loving. He married Catherine Kate Doherty and they raised fourteen children, one set of twins included.
