SPRINGFIELD — A memorial service will be held at noon Friday, Nov. 12, at the Veneta Alliance Church for Monique Elisa Guggenmos-Schmidt of Springfield, who Nov. 7 at age 41. The family chose not list the cause of death.
She was born Feb. 18, 1969, in Goleta, Calif.
She was a high school graduate and worked as a health and safety coordinator and trainer for OSHA and for Sherman Brothers Trucking.
Survivors include a son, KC of Springfield; and two sisters, Michele Boisacq of Redmond and Melissa Doyle of Elmira. A son, Nathanial, died previously.
Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield. Remembrances to Veneta Alliance Church.
