PORTLAND -(Special) Martin C. Flaherly, 54, late of 810 N.W. 20th, Portland, died at a Portland hospital Friday evening following a long illness.

Mr. Flaherty, who was an accountant, was born on March 25, 1903 in Mexico, Maine and had lived in the Portland area for the last 25 years.

Survivors include his widow, Margaret; two brothers and five sisters, John C., Boston, Mass.; Joseph P., Rumford, Maine; Mrs. Margaret E. Davis, Clearwater, Florida; Mrs. Mary E. Gallant, Manhattan Beach, Calif; Mrs. Anna Berry, Lawrence, Mass.; Mrs. Barbara Umstad, Los Angles, Calif.; and Mrs. Lillian F. Kilby; Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Tuesday at the St. John's Catholic Church in Oregon City, with Holman-Hankins-Rilance Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Internment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery.
