Obituary in The Upper Cumberland Times 14 May 1959 -- Mrs. Frances Byrd died at her home in Robbinstown in Pickett County Monday. She was 82. Funeral services were at the graveside at Robbinstown cemetery Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Freeman Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include four sons, Fred, Jimmie, Watson, and Rosier of Robbinstown; one daughter, Mrs. Elva Little of Byrdstown; one brother, J. I. Robbins of Byrdstown; and one sister, Mrs. Rose Huckleby of New Castle, Ind. Officiating ministers were the Rev. J. W. Reeder and the Rev. T. J. Harer.
