Mary will be sadly missed by her daughter Doreen and Mel Heide; son Vernon Hill; four grandchildren: Pastor Randy Heide and Darlene, Raymond and Tina Heida, Rhondalee and Barry Kastendick, Roxanne and Albert Jacula; ten great grandchildren: Travis, Nathan, Mika, Joel, Jordan, Ainsly, Cole, Vanessa, Daniel and Stephanie as well as numerous other relatives. Mary's mother, Amanda died on June 12, 1919 and Mary, being approximately 6 months old was sent to live with her grandmother, Julianna Schneider in a small house near Carl Schneider, Jr. Mary remained there until she was 12 years old then lived with Carl Schneider and his wife Helen Naundorf until she married Ralph Hill in Lloydminster. They had a family of three, two survived.
