She was born August 16, 1936 in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of Franklin and Lora Walker Elliott.
She passed away on January 3, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center, Livingston.
Her father, Franklin Elliott; her mother, Lora Walker; and her daughter, Deborah A. Woods, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Charles "Whip" Woods of Livingston; son, Keith Woods of Dayton; and grandchildren, Justin Woods, Drew Woods and Kade Woods.
