Mrs. Holley was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and was the daughter of Theodore and Jean Gilliam Smith. She was a dietary aide for Thornton Hall Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth L. Holley; her parents, Jean Gilliam Smith and Theodore Smith and three sisters, Terry Smith, Karen Smith and Casandra Smith, all of Norfolk; and grandparents, Mary Gilliam and Maude Smith.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Temple Baptist Church, 3300 Tidewater Drive, by the Rev. Mark Pullen. Viewing will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The family will receive friends at Riddick Funeral Service from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday.
