COOKEVILLE - Funeral services for Jessica Renee Floyd, 19, of Cookeville will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Trinity Assembly Church in Algood, with burial to follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

Her body will lie in state at the church today from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services at 1:30 p.m.

Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Miss Floyd died at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville on Friday, Feb. 26, 1999.

A native of Daviess County, Ky., she was born on May 31, 1979, to Kent A. and Joyce Robertson Floyd.

A student at Tennessee Tech, Miss Floyd was a member of the Chi Alpha student organization. She was an employee of Burger King and a member of Trinity Assembly Church.

In addition to her parents, her family includes two sisters, Frances Lillian Floyd of Cookeville and Dana McCaslin of Kentucky; a brother, Tony Floyd of Paraguay, South America; grandparents, James A. and Mary R. Floyd of Kentucky, and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Booker and Hazel Robertson.

Pastors Eddie Turner and Bobby Davis will officiate at the services.
