Rev. Troy Dean Tanksleary was born February 12, 1929 in Panama, Oklahoma, the son of Albert Preston Tanksleary and Clara Georgia (Gulley) Tanksleary.
He married Elizabeth Louise (Campbell) Tanksleary on January 24, 1948 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Rev. Tanksleary passed this life on November 4, 2010 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 81 years, 8 months and 22 days.

brother in law: Sam Campbell, and son in law: Ferrell Reed

Funeral service was Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 10 am at
Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma with burial at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas with Rev. Kenneth Gibson, Rev. Eddie Reichert officiating.
Special prayer was by: Jerry Jordan.
Pallbearers were Kenny Lynch, Alan Gibson, Tommy Palmer, Zachary Reed,Ralph Erwin and Vernon Kerr.

Honorary Pallbearers were Pastors of the American Baptist Association and Members of Bruton Lodge #30.
