PEGGY BARNES BARTON, 80, of Patterson Drive, Auburndale, died Monday. A native of Fitzgerald, Ga., she came to Auburndale from there in 1925. She was a homemaker and a member of the Auburndale Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Charles B.; two sons, Buren A. of Auburndale and C.A. of Winter Haven; a brother, Abran Barnes of Tifton, Ga.; a sister, Mattie Padgett of Jacksonville; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
