Surviving him are his wife, Lizzie Stubbs Allard; five sons, Capt. Paul Allard, William M., W.E., V.M., and Frank Allard, all of Norfolk; one daughter, Mrs. Nannie Allard Jacques of Norfolk; and several grandchildren.
Mr. Allard held membership in the Brambleton Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne road. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
