B. JACK ALLEN, 71, of Tampa died Tuesday at home. A native of Auburndale, he moved to this area 40 years ago. He was a retired supervisor in the service department for Celotex, a Navy veteran in World War II, member of the American Legion and Baptist. He is survived by his wife, June A.; a son, Byron James; a daughter, Cynthia M. of Fremont, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Marla Misenheimer of Tampa; and two brothers, Jerry and Terry, both of Auburndale.
