Donald was the only child of Edward J. Bryan Jr. and Anna Jorgens. He grad. from Fennville High School in 1928-30. He was a mechanic at the Chevrolet Garage in Holland, Mi and Lakeland, Fla. where he retired from. He was a lover of "black tape" and used it to fix everything! He loved the "Tigers" ballclub and would go to the games in Lakeland, Fla. He also liked to watch wrestling on T.V. Sadly the family broke apart when his wife divorced him in the early 1950's. He remarried, moved to Chicago and then Lakeland after the divorce and wasn't really close to his kids.
