Mrs. Cyntha Sells, widow of the late James Sells, and mother of Mrs. J.A. Waddill, of Kirksville, died Saturday at 4 o'clock at the home of her son, John Sells, at Ewing, aged 57 years. The Sells family formerly lived in East Center neighborhood. Mr. Sells died about three years ago at Bullion where he and his wife had moved and where he was conducting a store. The body of Mrs. Sells was brought to Kirksville Sunday and the funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Swigert, Summers & Waddill Chapel. Mrs. Sells leaves three children, Mrs. Waddill, Mrs. Ben Currenc[e], of Denver, Colo., and John Sells, of Ewing. Funeral service was conducted by Rev. Mr. Capps, of Milan, assisted by Rev. M. McNamee. Burial in Highland Park cemetery.
